We apologize for your dissatisfaction, if you could contact us regarding your issues, it would be greatly appreciated. If you would like to make a return, our return policy is within 15 days and the return process can be accessed through your orders through your account.
Do you have a customer referral program?

How do I find what I need?
If you are looking for something specific, you may either use the search bar or resort to the filters and categories. We applied these to our website so that you can shop with ease!
Otherwise, if you are stuck and need help on what would be best for your pet, we have a consulting available. We connect to your vets and find the necessary items for your pet. We will put them together and send them to you as quickly as we can via email.
What happens if I subscribe?
If you choose to subscribe to our program, we will send our monthly packages for your pets. As long as you provide us with their information and diet restrictions, we can start getting to work! As an appreciation for joining us, we find items that cater to your pet, pack them, and send them. We hope they can enjoy the toys and treats we pick out for them.
In addition to subscribing, we donate materials to shelter pets per new subscriber.
